COVID-19 NA Quantitative Test Analyzer and Kit
Intended Use:
The kit is used for the SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies in the serum, plasma or whole blood of people who are suspected of being infected with pneumonia of the SARS-CoV-2 and those immunized with the SARS-CoV-2. The neutralizing antibody testing is generally used to test samples of people who have recovered from the novel coronaviruses infection and those who have been immunized with the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.
Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:
Stored in a dry place at 2-30 ℃ and the shelf life is 18 months.
Detection Principle:
The kit adopts immunochromatography and the test card contains: 1) Colloidal gold-labeled SARS-CoV-2 RBD recombinant protein and antibody chicken IgY colloidal gold marker; 2) The T-line and a quality control line are fixedon the nitrocellulose membrane. The T-line is fixed with ACE2 protein and the quality control line is fixed with rabbit anti-chicken IgY antibody.
Sample Requirements:
The applicable sample types for this kit are serum, plasma and whole blood.
When the test operator adds sample to loading well of a test strip, the sample flows through the blood filter film. If the test sample contains the COVID-19 IgM antibody, it can combine with colloidal gold-labeled novel coronavirus antigen to form a complex. The mouse anti-human IgM antibody coated on the test cassette (M line) can capture the complex and develop a red color band. If the SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibody is present in the test sample, it combines with colloidal gold-labeled novel coronavirus antigen to form another type of complex. After the complex moves towards another end of the test cassette by capillary force, it can be captured by the mouse anti-human IgG antibody coated on the G line of the test cassette. A quality control line (C line) is designed on the test kit to act as procedural control.
